Datuk Paul Chua, Secretary-General of WBPF made presentation on behalf of the Executive Council, the WBPF Gold Order to His Excellency – Tun Datuk Seri Utama Mohd Khalil Bin Yaakob, Governor of Malacca and to the Honorable Chief Minister of Malacca, Datuk Seri Hj. Mohd. Ali Bin Mohd. Rustam. The presention was made on 12th November, 2011 at the finals held in Jonker Walk, Malacca.
The WBPF Gold Order is the highest award the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation could bestow to these two VIP individuals.
