His Excellency Lyonchen Jigmi Y. Thinley, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan was honored with the WBPF Gold Merit Award from Paul Chua, Secretary-General of the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation accompanied by his Assistant Secretary Christina Kam. The award was presented at the PM's office on 25th December, 2009 in Thimpu.
